HOME OWNERSHIP FAIR WILL ASSIST FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS!

(Grand Rapids)—This Thursday, April 19th, Disability Advocates of Kent County (DAKC) along with Guardian Angel Homes, will offer a free Home Ownership Fair. The fair will offer information about programs available to potential home owners, especially first time home buyers.

Experts will offer information about home choice mortgages, MSHDA loans, using Housing Choice vouchers, Flex loans, Individual Development Accounts (IDAs), Special Needs Trusts, and more.
